Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building scalable software in production environments
- Proven experience with both a modern front-end framework (React or comparable) and a server-side framework (Ruby on Rails, Go, or comparable)
- Experience designing APIs and working with transactional databases and caching, plus client-side state, performance, and component-driven UI
- Comfort owning a feature across the full stack, and eagerness to learn the parts you haven't touched yet
- A product mindset with a strong bias toward experimentation, iteration, and measuring impact
- Exposure to large-scale architecture patterns and an appreciation for clean, maintainable code
