Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 6 years of accounting experience. Big 4 public accounting preferred.
- CPA preferred, with deep working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC rules and regulations (Regulation S-X and S-K)
- Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing Forms 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K.
- Demonstrated ownership of stock-based compensation accounting
- Experience with intercompany and statutory reporting
- Excellent interpersonal, time and self-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver against hard filing deadlines
- Phenomenal teammate with a positive attitude that embraces change, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills
