Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant paralegal experience, including substantial experience supporting complex litigation at a law firm, in-house legal department, or both.
  • Experience managing litigation processes and deadlines, discovery, document collections and productions, legal holds, subpoenas, and large or complex matter portfolios.
  • Strong project-management skills and a demonstrated ability to independently coordinate multiple matters, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
  • Experience organizing, analyzing, and reporting on legal or operational data, with strong attention to data accuracy and quality.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and data-visualization or business-intelligence tools; experience with SQL and Looker, Hex or comparable tools is strongly preferred.
  • Experience using AI-enabled technologies and automation tools, and developing AI agents or other repeatable AI solutions to improve workflows.
  • Familiarity with matter-management, e-discovery, legal-hold, document-management, and legal-billing systems.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to work effectively with attorneys, business partners, outside counsel, and vendors.
