Requirements
- Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or business intelligence; prior experience at a high-growth technology or financial technology company a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or other relevant field
- Demonstrated experience building driver-based forecasts (e.g., volume × rate, unit economics, cohort models) with a clear point of view on how you validate drivers and diagnose forecast vs. actual variance
- Expertise in Excel / Google Sheets — you can build scalable, efficient, and auditable models with clear assumptions, and you have opinions about how a model should be structured
- Superior communication skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization — you can take a complex, multi-driver result and give a non-finance partner the answer first, then the logic
- A strong sense of ownership and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong process-improvement mindset with demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation to scale finance workflows and improve forecasting precision and turnaround time
- A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude
