Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Experience building and scaling consumer-facing mobile products, including a Home surface, dashboard, navigation system, personalized experience, or similarly central part of an app.
  • Experience working on design systems, shared app capabilities, developer platforms, UI frameworks, or horizontal product infrastructure.
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to turn complex financial information and competing priorities into simple, intuitive experiences.
  • Experience partnering deeply with Product Design and Engineering, with enough technical and design fluency to navigate information architecture, component systems, platform constraints, and user-experience tradeoffs.
  • A track record of translating ambiguous, cross-functional problems into a clear product strategy, prioritized roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience aligning and influencing multiple product teams without relying on direct authority.
  • Evidence of using analytics, experimentation, research, and member or internal-user feedback to guide product decisions.
