Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management or similar experience, including 4+ years managing and developing product managers (including senior PMs).
  • Strong marketplace or systems thinking — the ability to reason about multi-sided marketplace interactions and long-term vs. short-term tradeoffs, heavily informed by data as well as user research.
  • Proven track record leading multi-quarter initiatives and delivering impactful products measured by hard business outcomes (e.g., cost, speed, quality).
  • Strong technical fluency with ML- and algorithms-driven products; comfortable working through complex technical tradeoffs alongside engineering and ML leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence executive leadership and align cross-functional teams in a complex domain.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing PMs and build healthy, high-trust teams.
  • Experience in a multi-sided dynamic marketplace-oriented role, envisioning or evaluating algorithms-based products and services.
  • Background in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or operationally complex physical environments.
