Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building complex software and delivering production systems end-to-end
- 1-2 years of experience leading or managing a team
- A desire to continue being hands-on and building with your team
- A track record of driving business outcomes as well as upleveling IC engineers around you
- Passion for improving engineering workflows and experimenting with AI
- While we don't have requirements for programming languages, a desire to learn our current stack is required: Python/Django, React, Typescript, AWS, Terraform, Postgres, Temporal, Github.
