Requirements
- 7+ years payroll experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a public company.
- Strong knowledge of California and multi-state payroll laws.
- Familiarity with SOX requirements and public-company audit processes.
- Familiarity with accounting for payroll, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
- Experience managing payroll for equity compensation and commissions.
- Expertise in payroll systems (e.g., Paylocity, ADP) and equity platforms (e.g., Fidelity). Experience with system implementations is a plus.
- Experience with larger ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite)
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
