Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
  • Experience: 8-10+ years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy (sometimes titled “upstream marketing” at other companies), or management consulting leadership roles, with a strong preference f…
  • Familiarity: with FDA regulatory pathways (e.g. 510(k)) and clinical evidence requirements.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Excellence: Exceptional analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to transform complex datasets into executive-level strategic directives.
  • Communication: Masterful verbal and written communication skills, with extensive experience presenting to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Product roadmap: Previous experience in developing product roadmaps is highly preferred.
  • AI leverage: Comfort using AI tools to accelerate market/clinical research and analysis is a plus as we look to build more AI leverage into the Strategy and Design functions.
