Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, operations leadership, or a related field
- Exceptional business judgment and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results
- Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and measure business impact
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and automation to increase personal productivity, improve team effectiveness, and drive business outcomes
- Experience using SQL, Looker, Tableau, Sigma, or similar analytical tools preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing senior leaders and aligning teams around a common objective
- Strong project and program management capabilities with an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
