Requirements
- Product expertise 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Trust and Safety expertise Experience shipping products in areas such as Trust & Safety, platform integrity, risk, fraud, abuse prevention, moderation, or adjacent domains
- Data savvy Strong analytical skills and fluency with experimentation, metrics, and data-driven decision-making
- Technical fluency Experience working closely with engineering teams on technically complex systems, comfort working with infrastructure, ML models, and risk systems
- Absolute ownership Experience defining product roadmaps E2E from ideation to execution, and ability to balance between short-term delivery and long-term vision, also between user experience, compliance, and risk mitigat…
- Communication Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Policy, Ops, Data Science), with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Direct experience in social media, marketplace, UGC, or two-sided platform environments
- Experience working with machine learning models for detection, ranking, or classification systems
