Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, combined with hands-on knowledge of manufacturing operations
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and proficiency in financial reporting
- Demonstrated experience managing an audit process, including selection of and interaction with external auditors
- Hands-on experience implementing financial systems (AR/AP tools or an ERP) to streamline finance & accounting operations
- Ability to leverage AI tools and automated workflows to optimize accounting operations, enhance variance analysis, and drive close/reporting efficiencies
- Expert in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, NetSuite) and proficient with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
