Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with publicly traded, pre-IPO, or clinical stage biotech/life sciences companies preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- Deep technical accounting knowledge (US GAAP), including R&D accruals and clinical trial accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of public company requirements, internal controls (SOX), and cross-functional alignment.
- Experience supporting Big 4 or national firm audits.
- Excellent judgment, high integrity, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
