- 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role where you owned a defined geography or book of business. Independent agency distribution, territory/field sales, SaaS sales, or a comparable business development…
- Demonstrated accountability to a specific production number.
- Experience influencing the choices of independent professionals; your success depended on people choosing your product/service over alternatives, not on authority over them
- Existing relationships with independent agencies in the assigned state(s) are helpful
- Comfort and experience with managing a high-travel, self-directed field schedule
- Strong in-person presentation and group training skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with agency principals and producers.
- Consultative selling acumen; able to diagnose why an agency is/isn't producing for Branch and address the actual barriers and opportunities.
