Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, contract administration, or supply chain support, ideally on major capital projects in the energy, mining, or infrastructure sector.
- Hands-on experience administering purchase orders, change orders, and agreements from issuance through close-out.
- Working knowledge of procurement and Procure-to-Pay processes, including requisitioning, approvals, receipting, and invoice reconciliation.
- Baseline familiarity with common commercial terms and conditions (e.g., payment, delivery, warranty, insurance, and liquidated damages).
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite – particularly Excel – and comfort working in ERP and CLM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience with a relevant professional certification will be considered.
- Experience supporting major energy or infrastructure projects (e.g., oil and gas, LNG, power, shipbuilding, or renewables).
