Requirements
- 5+ years in contract management, ideally on major capital projects in the oil and gas, or LNG industry.
- Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating a broad range of contractual agreements.
- Strong contract lifecycle management skills, including administration, change and variation management, and cost and risk control.
- Working knowledge of contract law and of commercial risk and insurance provisions.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple contracts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Degree in law, business, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience on major energy, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with broad range of agreements and commercial structures.
