Requirements
- Experience in phlebotomy operations, healthcare staffing, or vendor management (healthcare/diagnostics industry preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across a distributed, national network.
- Strong organizational skills with comfort owning scheduling and logistics at scale.
- Clear, proactive communicator who works well cross-functionally with sales, contracts, and operations teams.
- Comfortable working with data and operational metrics to track network performance.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience required.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to help set up and launch new PSCs.
