Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience working in EMR systems or patient/provider portals, ideally at a diagnostic company or CLIA lab
- Strong understanding of CLIA labs, healthcare organizations, and EMR implementations and how to bridge together all 3
- Strong ability to build effective relationships with clients and staff at all levels
- Very tech-savvy – previous experience in a technical role is a plus
- Ability to work cohesively with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, and effectively manage expectations
- Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the US
