Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- 8+ years of experience in commercial biopharma or biotechnology with 4+ marketing operations, commercial operations, or launch management
- Experience supporting at least one oncology product launch preferred
- Strong understanding or promotional review processes (MLR/PMRC)
- Experience managing agencies and external vendors
- Experience with commercial organization build, including developing and establishing infrastructure and processes
- Experience with promotional compliance, governance and risk management cross multiple grands or therapeutic areas
- Strong understanding of cross-functional interdependencies and integrated commercial systems
