Requirements
- Work on product roadmap initiatives, as well as being proactive in identifying UX enhancements within products; creating validated improvement suggestions that can be added to the product roadmap.
- Lead the design process, including user-centric design thinking, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces, utilizing the Shield BeyondTrust Design System, as well as identifying improvements to align with the overall user experience strategy.
- Evolve company design language and standards.
- Conduct and synthesize research activities when needed, while collaborating with dedicated UX Research specialists to plan, execute, and analyse studies that inform design decisions and reduce product risk.
