Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in good standing.
- Minimum 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience providing psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management.
- Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
- Strong understanding of psychiatric prescribing practices, risk assessment, documentation standards, and clinical quality management.
- Experience investigating or resolving complex clinical, quality, compliance, or provider performance concerns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with clinical, operational, legal, product, and executive stakeholders.
