Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years in strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or insights roles, preferably within D2C or fast-paced, high-growth tech environments or in consulting
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree a plus
  • Technical skills: Expert SQL skills are required. Experience with Python (preferred) or R. Strong BI experience (Looker, Tableau, etc.). Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub…
  • Big Data Fluency: Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and leveraging big data technologies or platforms to derive insights at scale
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to connect data to business outcomes, make sound judgment calls with imperfect information, and recommend clear actions - not just analyses
