Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in public accounting, fund administration, fund accounting, investment operations, or a related financial services environment, with experience supporting alternative investment funds. CPA license…
  • Experience working on complex client implementations, fund onboardings, or large-scale operational initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of alternative investment structures, including private equity, venture capital, and/or digital asset funds, with a solid understanding of investment company accounting (ASC 946).
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines, manage multiple concurrent projects, mitigate risks, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships with clients, senior leadership, external service providers, and cross-functional internal teams.
  • An instinct to question existing processes and use AI and automation to build better ones.
