  • Certifications such as PMP, ICC Permit Technician, OSHA 30, NFPA, LEED preferred
  • Proficiency in GIS, CAD, Asana, and permit tracking systems
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and process-building capabilities
  • Proven ability to lead in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments
  • Permitting & Regulatory Large-scale permitting leadership across jurisdictions
