- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of experience in healthcare IT, Data, and/or Product leadership
- Basic competency as both a data engineer and data warehouse administrator with a history of prior healthcare deployments
- Fluency with modern AI solutions
- Experience with product strategy, build versus buy, and user needs research
- Prior expertise managing and contracting key technology vendors
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in performing data analyses in Excel, summarizing executive-friendly output in PowerPoint, including performance dashboards
