Requirements

  • Bring hands-on Clay expertise - tables, enrichment workflows, signals, audiences, and MCP connections
  • Have fluency with Salesforce/HubSpot operations and are comfortable owning integration points, not just consuming data from them
  • Be AI-forward by default, you actively evaluate and adopt new tools/models without waiting for external precedent
  • Be an excellent cross-functional operator with a deep understanding of running multi-stakeholder initiatives (eg. Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance, C-Suite, etc.) with speed and efficiency
  • Bring highly relevant previous GTM experience including:
  • Operating across >2 industries (Vertical SaaS experience is a plus)
  • Understanding of differences in GTM for SMB, Mid-Market and Lower Enterprise sales motions with deals ranging from $5k - $75k ACV
  • Working with companies ranging from $5M-$30M ARR
