Requirements
- 7+ years of experience recruiting technical talent in high-growth SaaS, technology, or VC/ PE-backed environments.
- Proven success hiring software engineering, AI/ML, platform, infrastructure, or security talent at the IC and manager level.
- Strong technical fluency and the ability to credibly assess engineering talent across modern technologies and AI-native skill sets.
- Experience partnering with engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies, influence hiring decisions, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
- Strong understanding of technical talent markets, sourcing strategies, compensation trends, and competitive hiring practices.
- A track record of building proactive talent pipelines, scalable recruiting processes, and trusted stakeholder relationships.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset — “I’ll figure it out.”
