Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience, with meaningful time in a delivery-accountable seat rather than a purely commercial one.
- Experience working with or inside a large CPG organization — understands how procurement and sustainability functions behave, and that they frequently disagree with each other.

- Real program-management skills — runs a tracker, chairs a cross-functional meeting, and holds peers to dates without formal authority over them.
- Strong executive presence with the client, coupled with a low sense of self-importance regarding credit internally.
- Proactive in acknowledging and expressing a willingness to miss a scheduled date in advance.
- Fluent Spanish is a plus, to work with teams in Panama.
- Availability to travel to the US, Panama, and Malaysia, at approximately 50% travel.
