Requirements
- 3+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, technical account management, or technical consulting at a tech company
- Working knowledge of AI/ML workflows or the agent development lifecycle, demonstrated through hands-on work, formal education, or self-study
- Proven ability to demo a technical product and connect it to business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to understand Python or SQL scripts
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
- Depth in at least one industry (financial services, healthcare, retail, tech) or function is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field is ideal; advanced degree a plus
- Strong organizational instincts as you’ll manage multiple accounts
