Requirements
- A strong track record as a Head of Product or equivalent who has owned product strategy and built and led a team
- Sharp commercial acumen: an intuitive feel for what drives GMV, supply, and demand, and a habit of scoping and prioritizing toward business outcomes
- Background in a high-growth B2B SaaS or marketplace environment
- Experience building product operating systems: roadmap frameworks, prioritization models, or planning processes that improve speed and clarity
- AI-native product thinking: conviction around AI, hands-on in understanding how to build it into a product ecosystem, and willing to rethink product from scratch rather than port over an old-world playbook
- Strong product judgment and prioritization instincts; you can say "no / not yet" and keep trust high
- Experience building configurable, enterprise-facing platforms with real technical depth and complexity
- Strong cross-functional leadership; you partner deeply with Engineering, Design, Implementation, and GTM
