  • Proven track record of scaling TA functions in late-stage startups or unicorn-stage companies, ideally with PLG and SMB go-to-market experience.
  • Deep familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and a track record of using technology to improve recruiting outcomes.
  • Experience managing global recruiting teams and hiring across technical, go-to-market, and G&A roles.
  • Strong operational mindset, with expertise in recruiting metrics, process design, and systems implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a hands-on approach to execution.
