Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical or related Engineering discipline and 8+ years of related water or wastewater design experience, including project management experience.
  • Registered Professional Engineer or other Professional Registrations as appropriate for their primary field of expertise in State(s) where Apex does work or ability to obtain same by reciprocity is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients, staff, subconsultants and contractors through effective leadership, and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of state and federal regulatory framework and experience interacting with regulators in the local and technical areas where Apex does work.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong desire to manage and mentor junior staff.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.
