Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering
- 8 + years of experience in the traffic/transportation engineering field comprised of traffic-related models, studies, design and project managemen
- Knowledge of traffic study and design standards, specifically standards and submission processes for state agencies including MassDOT
- Expertise in traffic modeling, including Synchro, and traffic signal design
- Professional Engineering License in Massachusetts, or ability to obtain reciprocity in Massachusetts within one year
- Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) certification a plus
- Demonstrated effectiveness in planning and managing projects as well as maintaining budgets and schedules
- Must be skilled at building and maintaining positive client relations
