Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience conducting asbestos surveys and mold/moisture intrusion inspections as an AHERA-accredited inspector (in any state)
- Current AHERA certification required
- California Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) and/or Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Microbiology, or a related field
- Self-motivated and dependable professional who can work effectively with limited supervision
- Strong technical writing and critical thinking skills
- Solid analytical and math skills for interpreting laboratory data and preparing reports
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
