  • Experience with leading PM systems, including NextGen, ModMed, Athenahealth, and more
  • Strong understanding of AR scenarios and the right action for each: claim status, denials, appeals, follow-up
  • Comfortable speaking with insurance representatives and navigating IVRs
  • Detail-oriented and reliable in documentation and follow-through
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where processes and priorities change
  • Ability to work US hours (9am–6pm ET) to collaborate with our team and customers
