  • Significant senior brand leadership experience in a high-growth consumer business, ideally CPG, health, wellness or performance.
  • Exceptional storytelling and product-positioning ability, with a track record of turning consumer insight, product truth and competitive context into compelling propositions and launch narratives that contributed to pro…
  • A track record of building distinctive brands and leading integrated campaigns, activations and communications that produced measurable impact.
  • Strong creative and design judgment, with the ability to direct designers, writers, content teams and agencies without needing to be the principal creator.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams, establishing clear standards and improving both quality and speed.
  • Omnichannel experience across DTC, Amazon, retail, packaging, product launches and consumer experiences.
  • The ability to use consumer insight and data without allowing process or analysis to replace judgment and action.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, founder-led environment where ownership, candor and resourcefulness matter.
