Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Active Project Management Professional certification.
  • Approximately 6–10 years of progressive technology delivery experience, including at least 3–5 years managing software development, application modernization, or IT implementation projects.
  • Experience delivering projects for federal, state, local, transportation, utility, healthcare, or other public-sector or regulated organizations.
  • Prior professional experience in software development, engineering, systems analysis, business analysis, quality assurance, data, infrastructure, or another technical discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience managing software development projects through the full systems development life cycle.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, including Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, sprint planning, estimation, velocity, release planning, and iterative delivery.
  • Experience using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
