Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including product leadership experience in a B2B software or hardware technology company.
- Experience building products for hardware development, electrical engineering, ECAD, MCAD, PLM, PDM, manufacturing, supply chain, robotics, aerospace, automotive, medical devices, industrial systems, or similarly comple…
- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing Product Managers.
- Demonstrated ability to own product strategy and roadmap for a complex technical product.
- Strong customer discovery skills, with experience working directly with highly technical users and enterprise buyers.
- Excellent prioritization judgment across customer requests, revenue urgency, technical constraints, and long-term product strategy.
- Experience building product operating systems, including planning cadences, roadmap frameworks, product metrics, launch processes, discovery practices, and feedback loops.
- Ability to communicate clearly at multiple altitudes, including executive strategy, customer workflow details, and engineering tradeoffs.
