Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical, partner- or customer-facing engineering role (Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Developer Relations, or similar).
- Strong hands-on ability to build both functional integrations and high-quality demos/reference implementations.
- Proven ability to deliver complex technical work quickly while maintaining high quality.
- Strong at identifying patterns and turning one-off work into scalable approaches (playbooks, templates, or processes).
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving outcomes with limited structure.
- Effective at influencing cross-functional stakeholders through clear communication and credible technical insight.
- Experience working with startups or external ecosystems is strongly preferred.
- Background in payments, fintech infrastructure, or developer platforms.
