Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of taking products from ideation through delivery and continuous optimisation.
- Experience owning product strategy, roadmap planning, product discovery and execution for customer-facing or platform products.
- Strong understanding of experimentation, analytics, user journeys and outcome-based product development.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Risk, Compliance or Operations teams.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical, data or risk concepts into simple product experiences and clear decisions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in onboarding, fraud prevention, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, account security, payments or financial crime risk.
