Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Ideally a Big 4 audit and startup combined background.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP, including revenue recognition (ASC 606) and lease accounting (ASC 842).
- Strong systems instincts - you’ve evaluated, implemented, or redesigned accounting workflows and tools, and you reach for automation before manual effort.
- Tech-savvy and genuinely AI-curious - you’ve explored (or are eager to explore) how automation and AI can transform accounting, and you like building.
- An operational, ownership mindset - pragmatic, solution-oriented, and able to work autonomously. Startups move fast, so the ability to adapt and learn quickly is key.
