Requirements

  • Minimum ten years of investment banking or financial advisory experience with a digital infrastructure focus (data centers, fiber, and towers), and a proven track record in origination, business development, and client…
  • Demonstrated ability to structure, execute, and close sell-side M&A and related advisory mandates
  • Familiarity with SPAC / de-SPAC processes and public company M&A is strongly preferred
  • Strong deal management and technical delivery capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently deliver high-quality work with strict deadlines to meet team and client objectives (often while being geographically dispersed)
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
