Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years managing all phases of recruitment and hiring
- Strong knowledge of broadcast media and live event production industries, especially in major markets (SF Bay Area, LA, NY, London) preferred
- Experience with project/event-based staffing
- Prior experience in audio/visual technology, managed services, creative, or broadcast roles preferred
- Prior managerial and/or staffing agency experience
- Experience with Ashby applicant tracking system preferred
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and HireEZ
