Requirements
- Meticulous attention to detail and capacity to juggle multiple projects and urgent deadlines
- Adaptability and creative agility in a rapidly evolving media landscape
- Organizational superpowers and the ability to deliver high-quality results in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting
- Brilliant storytelling instincts—able to distill technical or data-heavy concepts into simple, captivating motion stories
- Strong command of animation fundamentals (timing, pacing, easing, anticipation)
- BA/BS degree in Design, CS, or relevant experience
- 6+ years of hands-on social content design—ideally in an agency, brand, or newsroom environment
- Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and familiarity with Premiere, Photoshop, Cinema 4D
