Requirements
- Professional experience in a live broadcast or studio control room environment operating across both audio and camera disciplines
- Strong live audio mixing experience as a core technical competency including multi-zone live audio mixing, with hands-on console experience in a high frequency live production environment
- Solid video and robotic camera operator experience with the ability to execute live camera movements, recall presets, and maintain shot composition during live productions
- Experience in a high-frequency live streaming production environment with simultaneous live audience and broadcast output
- Working knowledge of operating a networked audio ecosystem within a live production environment including digital audio consoles, audio over IP protocols, and broadcast control and routing systems
- Clear understanding of production comms etiquette and control room protocols
- The ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to the team around you
