Requirements
- Experience and proficiency working with all R&D functions within the life sciences (pharma and/or biotech)
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, PharmD) is preferred
- Interest and experience in working with AI and technology to improve and optimize operations
- Significant leadership experience within a biotech and/or pharma company with a pipeline of programs
- Experience supporting both early-stage and clinical-stage development programs. Discovery and research familiarity a plus.
- Demonstrated experience leading program management, development operations, R&D portfolio management
- Demonstrated experience managing complex development programs from preclinical through clinical stages.
- Experience negotiating and managing CRO, CDMO, and other strategic vendor relationships.
