  • Prior product management experience, ideally owning infrastructure-facing products (observability, SRE tooling, cloud compute, or networking platforms).
  • Demonstrated ability to define a product roadmap and deliver infrastructure capabilities, translating ambiguous reliability and capacity problems into scoped, prioritized work.
  • Working technical fluency in observability (metrics, logs, distributed tracing, SLOs/error budgets) or compute and networking (cloud compute, containers/Kubernetes, networking), with the ability to build fluency across…
  • Track record of managing product development for infrastructure or platform capabilities with multiple engineering stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills — able to align engineering leads, platform leadership, and product engineering teams around a shared roadmap.
  • Ability to prioritize investments based on reliability, security, and cost. (e.g., MTTD/MTTR, SLO attainment, vulnerability remediation SLAs, infrastructure cost efficiency).
