Requirements
- 6+ years of experience, including 2+ years in healthcare-focused consulting or advisory, ideally complemented by time in an operating role
- Working knowledge of the end-to-end revenue cycle
- Demonstrated ownership of an analytics function
- Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives to completion
- Strong judgment to distinguish what's urgent from what's merely loud
- Experience at a multi-state or rapidly expanding provider organization, or in tech-enabled care delivery
- Experience in post-acute care (home health, hospice, personal care)
- Familiarity with clearinghouses, PM/EHR billing modules (ideally HCHB), and RCM automation tools
