Requirements
- 5–8 years of partnership/channel marketing experience. Affiliate marketing background required; direct exposure to creator partnerships, AEO, or retail media is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated track record of independently closing larger or more complex deals, not just managing existing relationships.
- Proven excellence in consistently meeting or exceeding revenue/recruitment targets at a senior level.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including experience presenting to clients.
- Knowledge of affiliate networks, including Impact, Partnerize, CJ, and Awin.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings, industry conferences, and events
