Requirements
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally including time at a high-growth startup or tech company.
- A track record of hiring engineers in infrastructure, distributed systems, cloud, AI/ML or developer tools.
- A strong, creative sourcer who enjoys finding and engaging passive talent.
- Enough technical fluency to hold credible conversations with senior engineers and understand what makes them great.
- Skilled at managing a full requisition load while keeping hiring managers aligned and moving quickly.
- Data-minded: you use funnel metrics and market intel to adjust your approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a talent for selling a mission.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, high ownership and building process while you execute.
